I have been training with Bri for 2 years and cannot say enough great things about her! She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable as well. She pushes me and has really transformed me and made me stronger. Bri is very attentive to her clients and caters to their specific needs. She puts great effort in creating individualized programs/circuits to meet every clients goals. She also trains my son and provides him with the proper strength and conditioning regimen to help him excel in sports. There is no one more dedicated or committed to their job like Bri is. She is extremely supportive and encourages all her clients to push themselves. Bri is just the best at what she does!!

When I go to train it is very helpful and also fun. She does a great job explaining the exercises and making a training plan the that will help me improve. Bri is such an amazing person to work with. She always has something positive to say and always finds a way to make people feel comfortable. She has changed my mobility tremendously over the past few years and it truly shows. She is constantly pushing me harder and to be better. Bri always finds a time for me to come in whether it be 6am on a summer morning or 7pm a school night she is always available. She truly cares for her athletes and makes an effort to come to games and show her support. Overall Bri is just a great person in and out of the gym.

I started bringing my son, Peter to work with Bri about a year ago. I was recommended to her from a colleague whose son does workouts with Bri individually and in groups. Being a soccer coach and a former D1 athlete, I am extremely picky about who I pay to work with my kids. Right off the bat, I was impressed with Bri. She is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. She evaluated Peter and put together a program that suits the areas in which he needs improvement. Bri always explains what she is doing with Peter and why. Her school studies give her an added insight into what the body needs to bring about peak performance. The results from Peter's time with Bri are clear. Her tailored workouts have improved Peter's placement in his competitive soccer squad and literally produced goals on the soccer field.
