Bridge Performance’s Youth Speed & Strength groups build a strong athletic foundation through proper movement, strength, and speed training. Small group sizes ensure a personal, individualized approach. This fall, Coach Bri and Coach Phil will lead the groups with expert coaching and guidance.
-Development Group (ages 10–14): Fundamentals & confidence
-Elite Group (ages 15–18): Advanced strength & performance for competition

ADULT CLASSES OFFERED

BODY BY BRI: (Moms’ Full-Body): A 45-minute, coach-led class that blends strength circuits with short, high-intensity bursts to raise your heart rate and build functional strength for real life. Scalable for all fitness levels no matter if this is your first workout or you've been training for years! . Come break a sweat, build confidence, and leave ready for the week.

BRIDGE STRONG: A 45-minute progressive resistance-training class built to add muscle, strength, and movement quality. We coach proper lifting technique, track progress, and scale loads for every age and experience level—whether you’re learning the basics or pushing PRs. Supportive crew, strong results.

SWEAT SUNDAY: Kick off the week with 45 minutes of full-body work: resistance intervals, high-energy conditioning stations, and team-style finishers that keep it fun. All levels welcome; every movement has a scale. Show up, sweat hard, and roll into Monday feeling fired up.

Bridge Performance operates on a strict no-refund policy for all classes once they are booked, and space remains limited to ensure a high-quality training environment. Any single session or multi-session package that is canceled less than 12 hours before its scheduled start time will be treated as used and deducted from your account, with no credit or rescheduling offered. By reserving a spot, you acknowledge and accept these terms, which allow us to plan staffing, maintain fair access for all members, and keep our programming running smoothly.
