Bridge Performance was built on individualized coaching — the foundation of everything we do and where athletes see the greatest progress.

By bringing every sport under one roof, we serve as the bridge to peak performance for athletes of all ages, sports, and skill levels. Whether you’re new to training, looking to refine mechanics, or seeking structure and accountability, our coaching is built to help you grow.

Our training focuses on the key pillars of athletic development: movement, strength, and recovery - bridging the gap between potential and performance.

Bridge Performance Youth Athletic Memberships are built for athletes looking to improve performance, speed, strength, movement, and overall athletic development in a high-energy coaching environment. Athletes can sign up for recurring monthly memberships or purchase class packs to fit their schedule and training goals.

Classes are available for athletes ages 8–16, with sports-specific youth training classes coming soon. Adult HIIT and HYROX classes are also available through our memberships page.

VALD Performance is an advanced, data-driven testing system used by professional and collegiate programs to evaluate athletic performance, movement quality, and potential injury risk.

Assessments Include:

  • 10-yard sprint testing

  • 5–10–5 agility testing

  • Force plate jump analysis

  • Strength testing

  • Range of motion screening

  • Left-to-right asymmetry detection

  • Landing mechanics analysis

Why Get Tested?

  • Help reduce injury risk

Retesting is recommended every 8–12 weeks to measure progress and continue improving safely and effectively.
